Gary Laundre has lived a remarkable life full of service, laughter, and magic. He is a decorated Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, who put his country first and carried the scars of war with quiet pride. After returning home, he dedicated himself to helping others as a published psychologist, guiding people through life’s challenges with compassion and wisdom.
But Gary also believed in bringing joy. For years, he worked as a magician and magic shop owner, amazing audiences young and old with his sleight of hand and love of wonder. His humor carried him even further—he once toured as a comedian and opening act for the Statler Brothers, sharing laughter with thousands.
Today, however, he needs our help. A recent heart attack and emergency bypass surgery have left him house-bound and unable to work. The medical bills, ongoing care, and day-to-day expenses—even with VA assistance—are overwhelming. For someone who has given so much—on the battlefield, in the counseling room, and on the stage—this is a humbling and difficult time.
Your support will go directly toward his recovery, covering medical costs, rehabilitation, and living expenses while he regains his strength. Every donation, no matter the size, is a lifeline. If you can’t give, please consider sharing this campaign to help spread the word.
Let’s come together to support a man who has spent his life serving others, lifting spirits, and making people believe in magic.
