UPDATE: Amanda is recovering well and has injuries that require long term rehab! We are praising God for her recovery!

John and Amanda Gallatin were in a severe car accident in the early evening November 12. John’s 35th birthday.
They were just entering Casper Wyoming on there way home from a fun filled family weekend in northern Colorado. A witness stated they swerved to miss a deer, over corrected and rolled up to 4 times. Amanda was wearing her seatbelt but ejected from the car suffering severe injuries which have been stabilized after 5-6 hours of surgery Sunday night. We spoke with a local first responder who stayed with Amanda and prayed with her until she was loaded on a stretcher. She was fully alert and conscious up to going into surgery.
Her worse injuries are to her lower abdomen and lower extremities and will most likely require multiple surgeries.
The saddest news we have ever delivered was to inform Amanda that John passed instantaneously at the scene.
Good news for Amanda that their German Shepard Sadie’s survived with few Injuries.
