<div>On April 12, Fred was severely injured while competing in a dirt bike race. He suffered twelve broken ribs that required surgical plating, a fractured spine, a punctured lung, and a broken collarbone—along with other injuries.

<div>After nearly two weeks in the hospital, Fred was released on April 24. He is currently staying with friends, as he is still unable to move around on his own.

<div>Fred has a long and difficult road to recovery ahead. As you can imagine, the medical bills and time away from work are creating a heavy financial burden.
