Hi everyone. I am humbly reaching out to ask for your support in helping my brother obtain legal counsel for 50/50 custody of his son. He’s a loving and dedicated father who works full-time and spends his free time trying to provide the best care he can. Despite currently paying child support and always putting his son first, he faces constant challenges from his son’s mother, who continues to make this process incredibly difficult.

Frank is the kind of father every child deserves. Anyone who knows him will agree with this sentiment. His son is not just his pride and joy, but a true blessing and a miracle child that Frank had always dreamed of having. He pours his heart into being the best dad he can be and will do whatever it takes to make sure he is a part of raising his boy.

Recently, my nephew faced a spontaneous medical issue that required an extended hospital stay. Frank’s devotion to his son was unwavering throughout this difficult time, and he never left his bedside. Despite this, his son’s mother continued to withhold visitation after his discharge, which has made it even harder for Frank to be there for his child when he needs him most.

Frank’s son absolutely adores spending time with him, and the bond they share is undeniable. However, his son’s mother continues to treat him disrespectfully, speaks negatively about him in front of their child, and has repeatedly taken away his rights as his father without just cause. Since Frank and his son's mother were never married, the state of Ohio automatically grants sole custody to the mother until a court order is established.

Frank is currently facing financial difficulties, which makes challenging her ever-changing visitation rules even harder. His son’s mother has taken advantage of this, knowing he cannot afford to take her to court, and continues to make things as challenging as possible. Despite this, Frank is determined to do everything in his power to ensure his son grows up with the love, stability, and involvement of BOTH parents, regardless of her negativity towards him.

I am asking for your help to raise the funds Frank needs to secure legal representation. A skilled attorney is essential for him to stand up for his rights and fight for 50/50 custody. Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping Frank navigate the legal process and protect the beautiful bond he shares with his son.
