Hello my friends,

My name is Frank, and many of you have followed my adventures the past many years and know how much I love decorating homes and gardens. You also might know that the holidays, especially Christmas are what I am most passionate about. I love to inspire people and I find so much joy in helping them bring the magic of the holidays right into their homes!

In late 2021 I took a huge risk and moved across country from Philadelphia Pa to rural Western Oregon for a fantastic job opportunity. I quickly fell in love with the area and the people out here... a diverse and accepting mix of creatives and artists and farmers and hardworking people!

This year I unfortunately found myself unemployed and have struggled to find a job for many months now. I have done lots of serious thinking about leaving Oregon and giving up on my passions and dreams... But after some serious doubts and deep thoughts and a lot of inspiration I found myself finding hope in becoming my own boss and becoming a store owner here in the community I love so much!! Being my own boss and having my own store has always been on my mind... and now is my chance!

So I am excited to announce my dream project: Stone Owl Home and Seasons, a small, boutique, home decor shop in the heart of Hillsboro, Oregon. With over 15 years of experience and a solid reputation as a home decor and Christmas decor buyer and designer, I am passionate about creating beautiful spaces and want to bring unique, high-quality home decor items to my community.

Why I Need Your Help

Starting a new business involves significant costs, and I am seeking to raise $10,000 to cover some initial expenses, which include:

Securing a retail space in a high-traffic area of Hillsboro

Renovating the space to create a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment

Purchasing initial inventory from local artisans and national suppliers
