Hello everyone. My name is Franklin. Due to multiple medical issues, I have now been out of work for about 1.5 months, and as of right now, I will be out of work for another week and maybe more depending on my doctor visits next week. I have been on short-term disability, but they don't pay a lot, so I have lost a ton of money during this time. I'm struggling to pay bills. I'm draining my savings, and I'm maxing out credit cards.

I really need help to get me through all of this. I've been in the ER multiple times. Originally, I caught COVID and then a cold 3 days later. It caused a lot of medical issues like vertigo. That caused me to miss a month. Now, my physical disabilities have gotten worse. I'm struggling to walk, shower myself, and dress myself.

I've seen a spine orthopedic, I have an MRI scheduled, a rheumatologist appointment scheduled, and an appointment with a physical therapist coming too. Depending on what they all say will determine if I can return to work as planned on November 25th.
