She has always shown incredible bravery, maturity, and love—especially when it comes to caring for her younger siblings and cousins.

<div>Recently, Francy was diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease, a serious condition that requires specialized treatment not available in Guam. In order to receive the care she needs, Francy and her family must travel all the way to Los Angeles, California.
