Support for Windy and Robert Gomez

If you know Windy you know how caring and loving she is.  Now it's our turn to show her how much we love her!  Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated and no amount is too small.   Windy recently had to have surgery on her spine and is currently recovering.  We ask that everyone send their prayers to her and her family and continue to keep them in your thoughts. A little over 2 weeks ago Windy came into work complaining of back pain. She went to the doctor and the doctor informed her that it was two dislocated ribs. She spent a couple days at home recovering, and came back to work feeling a little better knowing that she could go see a chiropractor to help her get these ribs back in place. After seeing the chiropractor one time Windy felt much better. She went to see the chiropractor for a second time and that is when things took a turn for the worst. She started having more back pain as well as pain in her chest, then the pain started to radiate to the other side of her back. She went to see the chiropractor for a third time and the very next day is when all hell broke loose. Windy woke up on Tuesday, 2/13/18 at 2:30am and did not have any feeling in her legs. She woke up her husband Robert and he rushed her to the emergency room where she was admitted. Windy was then rushed into emergency surgery where it was discovered that she had a very large mass that had traveled from her lungs to her spine. Doctors worked for several hours to remove the mass and by the time they were done she had several of her vertebrae replaced. Then they inform her that the mass is in fact cancerous and more procedures will likely be needed. Windy is currently recovering at a local Hospital and despite everything that she has been through Windy is in good spirits.
