<div>May is Mental Health Awareness Month! It also marks the one-year anniversary of <a href="https://www.firstaidofthesoul.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">First Aid of the Soul (FAS)</a>, a 501(c)3 non-profit [EIN 88-1464538] focused on providing culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed mental health care to those impacted by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

<div>In honor of these two events, we invite you to <strong><em>help us raise $25,000 in the month of May</em></strong>. This funding will enable us to continue providing integral mental health services to Ukrainians living through this horrific war. 
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>To date, FAS has: </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<ul>
<li>Reached over 500 Ukrainian mental health professionals monthly
</li>
<li>Offered up to 10 weekly supervision &amp; support groups for mental health professionals &amp; other Ukrainians affected by the war
</li>
<li>Delivered 48 workshops &amp; trainings geared towards mental health professionals serving displaced people in Ukraine
</li>
<li>Trained over 50 mental health professionals–stationed internationally– to deliver culturally-sensitive mental health services to Ukrainians
</li>
<li>Recruited over 500 volunteers interested in supporting FAS in a variety of ongoing capacities
</li>

<div>Your contributions to our May fundraising campaign will help FAS continue to offer a wide array of mental health services and also expand on our offerings. A few examples of where your contributions could be allocated include:

<li>$25 helps fund art supplies &amp; resources for groups
</li>
<li>$75 helps fund our translations support services
</li>
<li>$150 helps fund our support &amp; supervision groups
</li>
<li>$250 helps fund our trainings &amp; workshops
