Support for Tina's Terminal Cancer Diagnosis

Ten months ago, our wonderful friend and colleague Tina Bendig started the battle of her life. In November of 2021, Tina was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. After ten months of chemotherapy and treatments and being declared cancer-free, Tina returned to work on September 12, 2022. Tina was so excited about returning to work as the Finishing Department Manager at MCC Label where she has dedicated almost 21 years of her life with loyal service and passion for what she did. Tina was having some pain that first week back at work but worked through the pain and gave it all she had. Unfortunately, after experiencing worsening symptoms, Tina went to the hospital in Leamington, where she was admitted. On September 19, 2022, Tina's life forever changed as she received the devastating news that she had metastatic colorectal cancer, which had spread to her lungs, liver, lymph nodes and abdomen.

It's never easy to ask, but we need your support to assist Tina and her family in ensuring they have financial security. The last thing anyone with a terminal diagnosis should have to do is worry about financial issues. Tina's primary concern now is ensuring her wife, Tara and their three children, Darrian, Chance and Alex, are financially taken care of. Tina's focus is on her quality of life and enjoying the time she has left with her family. Any support will be appreciated so Tina can focus on what is most important in life, her family and friends. The company will also donate to this campaign to help support Tina and her family. All money raised will go to Tara and their children.
