<div>Hello, my name is India Starnes, and I’m a close friend of Tina and Brad Perry, based in Nassau Bay, Texas. I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of Tina and her family in the wake of the tragic flooding in Kerr County, Texas, over the July 4th weekend.

<div>On what should have been a peaceful camping trip, Brad and Tina were swept away by violent flash flooding. Tina was miraculously rescued after clinging to a tree. Tragically, Brad did not survive. The family was officially notified of his passing on July 8, 2025, and is now facing the unthinkable — mourning his loss while trying to heal and rebuild in the aftermath.

<div>Brad was the kind of man who left an imprint on every heart he touched. Bold, playful, and fearlessly adventurous, he had a deep love for motorcycles, scuba diving, camping, and diving into new hobbies just for the fun of it. His spirit was magnetic—he could make a room laugh in seconds, offer a heartfelt compliment in a heartbeat, and truly listen when someone needed it most.

<div>Brad was deeply loyal, endlessly lovable, and utterly one-of-a-kind. His absence leaves an enormous void for everyone who knew and loved him.

<div>Tina is a force of nature. Determined, ambitious, and wildly free-spirited, her contagious laugh lights up every room. She's a quiet leader, deeply loving, protective, and beautifully eccentric in the best ways. She’s one of the kindest and most genuine people I know.

<div>Tina’s been lovingly called my “Birthday Sister”—not just because our birthdays fall around the same time, but because once she's in your life, she stays. She brings joy, comfort, and confidence, and right now, she needs that love reflected back to her.

They shouldn’t have to carry the logistical and financial burden alone—so I’ve stepped in to help coordinate this fundraiser, ensuring support reaches Tina with care and compassion, while her son, Alex Perry, and the rest of the immediate family focus on what matters most: caring for her and navigating the days ahead.
