It’s with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected loss of W. Glen Warner III on March 24, 2025. Glen was a loving husband, dad, son, brother, and friend, whose life was all about love, laughter, and being there for the people he cared about.
Glen and his wife Kristie met at Hereford High School, and their love story grew from there. They spent 24 incredible years together, raising their daughter Kaitlyn, a freshman at Hereford High. Glen was Kaitlyn’s biggest fan, and she will now have to navigate life without her dad by her side. Kristie has lost her soulmate, the man who was her rock and best friend.
A true pillar of the Hereford community, Glen was known for his passion for sports and his dedication to coaching. He gave countless hours to the Hereford Rec Football program, mentoring and inspiring young athletes along the way. In 2014, he was honored with an induction into the Hereford Athletic Hall of Fame, a reflection of how deeply he impacted those around him.
Beyond football, Glen’s pride and joy were his family. He was the ultimate “dance dad” to Kaitlyn, always showing up to cheer her on, no matter what. His humor, kindness, and genuine heart made him someone everyone wanted to be around.
As the Warner family grieves this unimaginable loss, we’re asking for your support to help with funeral expenses and to lighten the financial burden during this difficult time.
Thank you for your love, prayers, and support for Kristie, Kaitlyn, and the entire Warner family. Glen’s spirit will live on in everyone who knew him, and we will carry his memory in our hearts forever.
