<div>On Sunday, December 8/24 an unimaginable tragedy occurred. While preparing for his usual Sunday dinner with family, our good friend and co-worker Pete lost his mother, and his wife Amber was injured when a vehicle crashed into their home. The house has been deemed structurally unsound and it will take at least 8-9 months (maybe even longer) before Pete and his family will be able to have any access. During this difficult time, they will need to find alternate accommodation. In addition to this hardship, Pete and Amber will be faced with the cost of funeral arrangements so that they can lay their mother to rest.
