Support for the McNutt family

Hi everyone,
Those who know me or my family well know my dad has been battling a neurological disease for over 15 years now. He was placed on hospice toward the end of last year, and as end stage symptoms of the disease have appeared his needs have changed and require a higher degree of care. With how unpredictable this disease has been as a whole and more so in the last 6 months, it has been difficult for my mom to work consistently enough to make ends meet. Bills are beginning to pile up, and home repairs have been put on the back burner for too long and need to be addressed. Mom has done her best to try and balance work and dad’s care, but she’s stretched too thin and having to make the choice between finances and being with dad, as well as trying to resolve health issues of her own. Soon she may not be able to work, burdening her with having to privately purchase health insurance as well as permanent loss of income. We’re all trying to do our part to help but there’s only so much we can do without additional assistance.
