<div>Billy was a coach, mentor, teacher, colleague, and friend to so many people in various communities around North Texas. He touched countless lives through his dedication, kindness, and unwavering support for others. His wife, Marcie, is a devoted teacher in Prosper ISD, and together they raised two wonderful children—Taylor, who is currently in college, and Austin, a sophomore at Rock Hill High School in Prosper ISD.

<div> On Tuesday, March 24th, Billy passed away after bravely battling cancer. His journey ended more suddenly than anyone expected, leaving the Farris Family to navigate the many challenges that come with such a profound loss. The family is now facing immediate daily life needs, medical bills, and the uncertainty of the future as they adjust to life without Billy’s presence and support.
