Support For The Family of Sharon Tarwater

My name is Amanda Watson, and my son is best friends with Sharon Tarwater's oldest nephew. I am organizing this fundraising campaign together with a couple of Sharon's friends, Jennifer Turner and Jason Pruitt. Last week the community of Helena, AL was rocked by the tragic murders of Sharon Tarwater and her dad Chuck. Left behind are Sharon's mother, two daughters, and two nephews that she was raising after they lost their father (Sharon's brother) a few years ago. Several people have reached out wanting to know where they can donate or how they can help the family so we created this fundraiser. All money raised will go directly to help provide support for the children that she left behind. Any money that is not used for immediate needs will be put into a trust fund for the children to help later down the road.

 

We moved to Helena because of the community's great reputation and it has not disappointed. I know that we will rally together to make sure these children are loved and supported in the wake of this heartbreaking tragedy. Thank you to everyone that has reached out.
