On August 29, our sweet Melissa Stuhr Sasser was in a tragic accident. She suffered many extensive injuries and is currently in the Intensive Care Unit of Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. Melissa is making steady progress daily, but she still has a very long road to recovery that is uncertain at this time.

Melissa is a well established hairstylist in Calabash, NC. Due to the extent of her injuries, she will be unable to care for her clients during her recovery and rehabilitation. Serving her clients and sharing in their lives is one of the great joys of Melissa's life. The income loss for Melissa and her husband, Barrett Sasser, along with the mounting medical bills, is creating an obviously serious financial burden.
