Support for Steve Deal

On Thursday, February 8, 2018, my father in law, Steven Deal took a fall down 14 steps leaving him with a broken eye socket, broken nose, two skull fractures and a traumatic brain injury. He spent 11 days in the ICU at Riverside Regional Hospital and has since been moved to a step down room.  He is receiving physical therapy and speech therapy while he is there.  He has made significant improvement during the last few weeks, however he still has a long road of recovery ahead of him. His team of doctors hope to move him into a rehab facility sometime soon, however the facilities are hesitant to accept him as he does not have any health insurance. 

With that being said, the medical bills associated with his care and other expenses are going to be understandably extensive.  Every day Steve is in the hospital becomes a harder and longer struggle, financially and emotionally. As his days in the hospital add up, so do his medical bills.
