Support for short film "Kin" in Natchez, MS

Hello,
My friends and I are trying to get a short film shot in Natchez, MS this Spring/Summer 2020. Just so you know, Natchez is the place where my family and I live, and the place where our actors and other crew live (some crew will include our local public high school students) - it's an awesome place to be! We really want to showcase our actors that live here and crew that are here and how we can all help tell a great story for everyone to see!
However, in order to make the best short possible, my friends and I are in need of money to help for film equipment rentals, promotional stuff, food for the set, set design, costumes, and special effects - it is a horror film so a little blood and gore - and other things that may come along as we shoot. We hope to be able to enter the short into film festivals in state and around as much as possible so some of the money raised will go towards entrance fees to film fests.
Support from any and all people, even the smallest amount, will help us to keep our chins up and shine a light for the arts in our town of Natchez! Not only will this help all involved to keep pushing forward with our art piece, we hope to show that we are capable of even MORE and BIGGER projects in the near future.
All of us involved have been working with the local community theatre, the local public school system, locally shot movies, and just movies in general around Mississippi, to try and showcase our hometown and all it has to offer! We hope this will be the spark for many other projects, not just from us, but others - students especially - in Natchez, MS!
We'd love to shoot as soon as possible, but we all have day jobs. Summer 2020 is looking more and more like a possibility.
