Support for Shay

The Backstory 
Shay McFarland is many things: an amazingly hard worker, a good and supportive friend, a mother and grandmother, a dedicated employee, a beautiful person inside and out, and a lot of fun, for starters. She's also hit a rough spot in her health, and was just let go from her job.

How You Can Help 
Her doctors have told Shay she needs rest, and she will shortly run out of health insurance since she's no longer employed. With $5,000, she will be able to buy health insurance through the ACA to help defray some of the costs of her treatment, and pay her bills for the next 3 months as she focuses on her health and looks for new work.
