Sharyn & Callum's fire recovery

Sharon and her 20-year-old son Callum have lived in St Andrews Beach since 1988. On Tuesday night, their house of many years burnt completely to the ground and they lost everything. Callum pulled his mother from the fire, and then returned to save his beloved dog, which unfortunately resulted in Callum suffering severe burns. He is now heavily sedated and recovering from surgery at the Alfred.

Sharon and Callum desperately need money to rebuild their lives. They were already experiencing financial strain before the fire - now they have absolutely nothing. They have lost all their belongings, and need money to buy food, clothes, toiletries, and bedding, as well as to support Callum's recovery.
