Support for Sam's wife and family

Sam was a loving husband, father , and grandfather who lost his battle to lung cancer. In late May he was given a curable diagnosis, but things took an unexpected turn that lead to an untimely passing. Sam leaves behind his wife of 42 years, together they have three children and five grandchildren. Anybody that knows Sam, know his easy going attitude, generous smile and inappropriate, yet comical humor. Any contribution will help with medical expenses and any remaining financial burden.
