Richard was the kind of friend everyone hopes to have—generous, caring, and always ready to lend a hand. Whether it was fixing a boat, helping with house repairs, or moving furniture with his pickup, Richard was there for anyone who needed him. We spoke every day, and through those conversations, I came to know just how genuine and good-hearted he truly was. He was the real deal—salt of the earth and someone you could always count on, no matter what.

 His passing has left a hole in our lives and in the community he touched with his kindness. Richard gave so much of his free time to help others, never asking for anything in return. Now, as his friends and loved ones, we have the opportunity to give back to him and his family in their time of need. The costs of saying goodbye to a loved one are significant, and Richard’s family could use our support to cover funeral expenses and ease the financial burden during this difficult time.
