Rabbit House is Small-Scale Theme Restaurant, established 4 years ago in L.E.S., New York.
Rabbit House Omakase & Japanese Bar is owned and operated by Chef Yoshiko. This restaurant is all about her self-challenging project, “What can I do, and where can I go?” After dreaming, saving money, and 15 years of arduous kitchen training, she decided to prove to people that she does, in fact, have the skill and the vision to create something very special and unique. The restaurant world is definitely male-dominated, and in this time of women equality, it is a breath of fresh air to see a female chef running the show at her own restaurant.
Currently, all restaurant in this city is shut down dining area business.
