My family and I are facing a very difficult time right now. My husband, who has always been the sole provider for our family, is about to start dialysis. This sudden change has left us worried about how we will manage our bills and daily expenses while he focuses on his health and treatment.

 The past two years have already been incredibly hard for us. We lost our oldest daughter, and since then, we have adopted our 5-year-old grandson, who is autistic. Adjusting to these changes and supporting our grandson has been both a challenge and a blessing, but it has also added to our responsibilities and financial strain.
