Support for our Dad, Kyle Nelson!

Our Dad, Kyle Nelson, has been battling cancer since August of 2015.  He was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and underwent months of radiation and chemo. In January of 2016, they removed the top of his stomach and his esophagus. That year in August cancer returned to his neck. After months of chemo, they operated to remove his jugular vein and 34 lymph nodes. Three weeks later on a follow-up scan cancer had spread to his right lung, windpipe, mass on the left side of his chest by his heart, and again in his neck. He went back on chemo however recently found out that it was no longer working. Our dad continued to work up until July of 2017 when the company he worked for closed. He didn't want to sit around so he started driving part-time for Uber because it was the only job where he could make his own schedule around his Dr's appointments and how he was feeling. Our dad is no longer in a position to work and the medical bills and associated expenses that come with a cancer diagnosis are starting to add up after years of treatment. We set up this GoFundMe page so our Dad can focus on his health and not worry about anything else.
