<div>Ordinarily, I keep my personal health matters private, yet the past six months have been the most challenging and painful period I've ever endured, compelling me to share my journey with you.

<div>This ordeal began in February when I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome, followed by severe complications from ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis. Despite numerous hospital visits and treatments, my condition worsened, resulting in a weight loss of over 70 pounds in just four months. These months have seen me largely confined to my couch, overwhelmed by pain, rendering me unable to engage in research or the activities that bring me joy. My inability to respond to messages and inquiries has been a source of personal regret, as my energy levels have been severely impacted.

<div>Currently, I am scheduled for yet <em>another</em> critical exploratory abdominal surgery on <strong>June 21st</strong> to remove part of my colon and manage other complications. This surgery is necessary due to the severity of my condition and previous complications that have left me on TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition). The road to recovery will be long and challenging.

<div>Adding to the difficulty, I was wrongfully terminated from my job on May 1st due to disability issues. This loss of income has placed an immense financial strain on my family and me during this already difficult time.
