Our core purpose is to provide accessible, evidence-based support for the physical, emotional, and social challenges ofthe postpartum period. <strong>We believe that every mother deserves compassionate care and guidance as they navigate the "fourth trimester."</strong>

<li><strong>Lactation Support</strong>: Provides individualized and group-based lactation assistance from certified lactation consultants (IBCLCs), helping mothers navigate feeding challenges and improve bonding.

<li><strong>Mental</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Counseling</strong>: Offers postpartum-specific mental health support through short-term counseling, group therapy sessions, and referral coordination with licensed clinicians for ongoing care.

<li><strong>Educational</strong> <strong>Workshops</strong>: A rotating series of workshops covering topics such as infant care, maternal recovery, mental wellness, partner adjustment, and family communication.

<li><strong>Resource</strong> <strong>Navigator</strong>: Dedicated case managers who guide families in accessing childcare resources, and other essential community services.

<li><strong>Emergency</strong> <strong>Relief</strong>: Part of our Mother’s Day Out, is a respite care initiative where licensed caregivers provide safe, nurturing childcare, allowing mothers time to rest, attend appointments, or engage in self-care activities.
