<div>Hello everyone, and thank you for taking a moment to read our story. Our family is going through something we never imagined. On 11/26, my sister suddenly suffered a stroke and multiple seizures. My sister had a brain bleed which burst in her brain. She has been in critical care ever since and is currently on life support. Watching someone you love fight for their life is a pain that is impossible to put into words. Our hearts are shattered, but we are holding on to faith and trying to stay strong for her and for each other.

<div> My sister is not just a patient in a hospital bed, she is a mother, a sister, a daughter, and the light of so many people’s lives. She has a 13-year-old son who loves her more than anything. With his birthday on 12/17 and the holidays approaching, we are doing everything we can to make sure he feels supported, loved, and surrounded by some sense of normalcy during such a heartbreaking time.
