In August 2024, my mom received the devastating news that she has stage 4 colorectal cancer. Despite this, she continues to work a full-time job with the state of Hawaii and a part-time job just to support herself. The treatments have taken a toll on her physically, emotionally, and financially.

 All of her chemotherapy options have been exhausted, and we are now hoping to explore alternative therapies that could give her more time and a better quality of life. Unfortunately, these therapies are not covered by insurance and come with significant costs. Every dollar raised will go directly to helping my mom pay her bills and access the treatments she needs.
