<div>Hello, I'm 21 years old. I have 2 younger sisters (18 and 15) and 2 small dogs that have become my responsibility as of October 17th. On the morning of that day, my mom and my two baby siblings (6 and 9 years old) left and never came back. We suspect that she ran off with the father of the babies, who plead guilty to child molestation to me and my sisters and currently has a warrant out for his arrest. Ever since it started my mom has never been shy about defending him. She would secretly message him everyday and talk about running away with him and she finally did it. She has a history of drinking late at night then driving back while still drunk so initially we thought it would be one of those nights, especially since Oct. 17th is her birthday. Morning of Oct. 18th, we get a call from both of my aunts: 1 says my mom left her car with keys at her house, 2 says there's a note at our workplace from her that's addressed to me and my sisters. We go, and it's a letter from her saying goodbye. She secretly transferred custody of my younger sister to my dad on Oct. 16th. She left us alone, with bills still outstanding. Since my dad has no space in his house for any of us + he lives in a different county + my little sister still needs to go to school (she's staying with a cousin for now because we legally can't have her despite us being adults), he is willing to help out financially for a time but we can't continue living in this house, for his sake and ours. Previously, it was mostly my dad's money when it came to paying rent while me and my mom would split the remaining cost. Same with utilities. She never had much money because she was a hoarder/shopping addict/alcoholic, and as I'm sure most of you know, money is pretty hard to accumulate these days. This is all very sudden and we're all scared and alone. Our sense of security is nearly nonexistent now. Anything helps! This money is for some of the outstanding bills, food, some necessities for us, and hopefully for a new apartment. Please. I'm sorry how long this is but this situation is a huge mess. I felt like I couldn't protect my sisters from my mom's second husband, please help me protect them now. Thank you

Ironically, the letter translates to "I love you despite how hard and complicated our relationship is because of Carlos (second husband that molested us). I remember when I was a baby when you would play with my hair. I hope we can have that kind of relationship again."
