<div>My daughter is only 17 years old, and she has shown incredible strength and resilience in the face of unimaginable challenges. She was recently diagnosed with Danon Disease, a rare and serious condition that has led to her needing a heart transplant. Watching her go through this has been the hardest thing our family has ever faced, but her courage and positivity continue to inspire everyone around her.

They will help with the costs between January 21st, when she was admitted through February 18th, when she received Medicaid coverage for the heart transplant based on her diagnosis.
