Support for Clark and Sean Hoppel

I am creating this account to help my Cousins in support for their dad. My Uncle Clark went into cardiac arrest May 6, 2017 which has left him in a coma state. My cousins live in Phoenix, AZ have made the commute back and forth to be by their dads side while he is undergoing care. His prognosis remains questionable but somewhat positive for survival but will require long term rehabilitation in a intermediary hospital in Houston, Texas.
Any support anyone can offer to help with their continued travel cost and care for their dad is beyond appreciated. I love Clark and Sean as if they are my brothers and those close to me knows how close they are to me and my son Jack.
