<div>I know we’re usually here to have fun, to laugh, and to share good times together. But unlike vtubing, life is real, it can be painful, and right now... I’m hurting deeply. Hurting for my younger brother, his two children, and for the sudden and unexpected loss of his wife, who passed away not even a week ago.

<div>I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and seeing my family in so much pain has been overwhelming. When I first heard that my sister-in-law was in the ICU, I could hardly believe it. The news felt unreal, and I spent hours in a fog, waiting for updates and hoping for the best. But after just 24 hours, I learned she wouldn’t make it, and I rushed to the hospital to be with my brother. I arrived only minutes after she passed. It was so sudden, so surreal, and the reality didn’t fully hit me until I saw my brother’s face and heard his sobs as he hugged me. The weight of the loss grew heavier as I watched him say goodbye. He adjusted the sheet covering her (that his son had decorated with drawings for when she woke up), and kissed his wife on the forehead one last time. I couldn’t help but imagine how broken I would be if it were my own wife.

</div>
<div>Now, my brother is left to handle everything that comes after—making arrangements, calling loved ones, filling out paperwork, and, hardest of all, telling his children that their mother is gone. All their lives have changed forever in the span of a few days. His son is only 8, and doesn't really understand what's happening, and his little sister is only 11 months old, and likely won't remember her mother at all.
</div>

</div>
<div>On top of all that is the fact that everything in this world costs something. The ambulance, the hospital stay, the funeral. More and more expenses will pile on. Not to mention that his wife was a stay-at-home mother, so he'll now have to somehow manage to afford daycare as well. So to help with that, I'm running this GoFundMe, along with a 12 hour stream to promote it, Which will be from 2pm - 2am est on Wednesday December 10th, (I may do a 2nd one later on as well). My channel is here: <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/emmiakina" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Twitch - EmmiAkina</a>

<div>I know you don’t know my brother or his family, but many of you know me. You know how much this means. If you can give anything—no matter how much or how little—it would help so much more than you know. Even just sharing the link or telling others about the stream would mean the world. Thank you for listening, for being there for me, for being such an amazing community, and for caring about this silly dingus vtuber.
