During this incredibly difficult time for Ms. Pheng Thao's family, it would be nice for us to come together as a community to offer our support. Xia Ying Lee was a beloved community leader whose warmth and generosity touched many lives. He found joy in the outdoors, enjoyed camping, spending time with his family, and was always there to support others through hardships.
