<div>Recently, my mom underwent brain surgery and spent a month in the hospital. Since then, she has been in rehab for nearly three months, working hard every day to regain her strength and independence. She is still not herself though. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover many of the essential needs she requires for her recovery, and these costs could continue for several more months. This has placed a significant financial strain on our family as we try to ensure she receives the best care possible.
