Support for Medical Expenses for Kidney Disease

Hello, my name is Thelma Hooker. I have been diagnosed with kidney disease and needing support for assistance for medical expenses. Dealing with this disease has been overwhelming and I have been struggling to provide for myself and my special needs daughter. Although I have tried several treatments, the next treatment steps transfusions which are vital to the stability of my health and recovery. I have faced so many challenging hurdles to get to this stage. Unfortunately, since my current medication and treatment is not covered by my insurance, I am now asking for help.
