Hi everyone, my name is Grace Gervais. I am trying to raise money for my sister Mary Medellin and my two nephews since they experienced a devastating event when their apartment in Oak Cliff exploded on Thursday morning, May 28th. In an instant, they lost everything—clothing, furniture, and the place they called home. The shock and uncertainty have been overwhelming, and they are now facing the challenge of rebuilding their lives from scratch. 
 
 
 The loss has left Mary and our nephews without a safe place to stay, and they are urgently searching for new housing. They also need to replace all their clothing and basic household items, as nothing could be salvaged from the explosion. The emotional toll is immense, but they are determined to move forward with the help of their community. 
 
 
 Financial assistance is urgently needed to help Mary and our nephews find new housing and replace essential belongings. Every dollar raised will go directly toward securing a safe place to live, purchasing clothing, and furnishing their new home.
