<div>On Wednesday May 27, as Luis pulled out of the drive way on his way to work ICE agents arrested him. They refused to answer any questions, only stating there was a warrant out for his arrest but failed to show any documentation.

<div>Luis has lived in El Paso most of his life. He’s been a legal permanent resident since he was a child. Everyone who knows him can tell you what a great man he is. He’s always there to help anyone in need and has been a great friend to everyone he knows.
