<div>
 Hello everyone,

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Today we come to you asking for your support, prayers, and solidarity during the most difficult moment our family has ever faced.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 On Friday night, while the family was gathered excitedly making final preparations for Ana's wedding—scheduled for the very next day—the unthinkable happened. Lucas, who just turned 10 years old, suffered a severe accident while playing on a trampoline. Following the impact, he developed severe complications and had to be emergency airlifted to Winnipeg, Manitoba.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Upon arrival, he was immediately admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and underwent high-risk brain surgery to control severe bleeding that was exerting critical pressure on his brain.

</div>

<div>
 Currently, Lucas remains in an induced coma in the ICU. Medical staff need to stabilize him before attempting to wake him up, meaning his progress, the length of his hospital stay, and potential long-term effects remain entirely uncertain for all of us.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 His Family's Situation

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Lucas is a boy full of life, kindness, and a smile capable of brightening any room he walks into. His parents, Francisco Andrés Jirón Polo and Diana González Guseva, along with his sister Ana Francisca, are by his side at the hospital in Winnipeg, holding on to faith in God and supporting him through every second of this fight.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 About two years ago, the family made the courageous decision to emigrate to Canada from Ecuador, selling everything they owned to start their life from scratch in Brandon, Manitoba. Like many immigrants, they rely on their daily work and continuous effort.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Today, face-to-face with this emergency, time has come to a standstill for them:

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Francisco and Diana will need to step away from work indefinitely to care for Lucas during his hospitalization in a city away from home, as well as to guide him through the long process of therapy and rehabilitation that lies ahead.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 On top of the physical distance between Brandon and Winnipeg, there are daily expenses for accommodation, transportation, meals, and uncovered medical supplies, alongside the pressing need to keep up with rent and basic utilities at home so it remains ready for when Lucas can return.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 How You Can Help

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 We want Francisco and Diana to be able to focus all their energy and strength on the only thing that matters right now: Lucas's life and recovery. We do not want financial anxiety to be an added burden amid so much pain.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 Any donation, no matter how small it may seem, will make a meaningful difference in the daily life of this family far away from their homeland. If you are unable to contribute financially, we ask from the bottom of our hearts that you help us share this campaign with your contacts and keep Lucas in your prayers.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 We are infinitely grateful for your generosity, empathy, and kind wishes to see our dear Lucas smile again.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 With heartfelt gratitude,

</div>

<div>
 The Jirón González Family

</div>

<div>Hola a todos,

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

<div><span>¿Cómo puedes ayudar? </span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

</span>

</div>

<div><span><br /></span>

</div>

<div><span>Con profunda gratitud,
La familia Jirón González.</span><br />
