<div>As most or all of you know, my mom Nancy has been dealing with metastatic breast cancer since January this year. Today, September 23, in the company of her husband Dave, her brother Jim, and her daughter Rachel and son-in-law Parker -- she bid farewell to this earthly life.

<div>I, Chris, and my siblings Dustin, Rachel (and our lovely spouses), and Whitney, want to help our dad, Dave, as he deals with this incredibly difficult loss. In lieu of flowers, we are hoping to raise funds for a few important things. If you would like to help, your financial support would go towards:

<li>1 week bereavement (he's self-employed)

<li>family trip to Tahoe for the spreading of her ashes

<div>The goal we've set is a rough estimate of what it would take to cover the above, and any funds beyond that would provide more bereavement time for dad.
