<div>Hello everyone, my name is Lizandra and I am reaching out for help during a very difficult time for our family. On 5/17/24 around 8:30pm my mom was involved in a vehicle vs pedestrian incident. On impact she broke bones in her pelvis, back, arms, shoulder, face, and ribs. She was rushed to the the nearest hospital, Regional Medical Center where the doctors immediately realized how critical of a state she was in. After a short stent procedure the neurologists stated they found multiple internal injuries. One punctured kidney, one brain bleed, and deep shear damage to her brainstem.

<div>My mom was sedated and put on life support for the next two days, and on 5/21/24 my mom was declared brain dead. My mom left behind 4 children one husband, 3 grandchildren, and many loved ones. Under the current circumstances we ask for help with any donation you can make. No matter how small, it will make a significant impact and help with funeral expenses.

<div>My mom was a cheerful person in this world and loved by anyone she met. She always made the best out of a bad situation. She loved to sing, dance, and enjoy life to the fullest. Always with a subtle grin of happiness or an eye to eye smile. Most of all our mom was an encouraging soul who would always remind us "echale ganas hija/hijo". She was a caring, helpful, energetic, and loyal person. My siblings and I get reminded by all our older cousins and uncles how they all remember my mom offering her hospitality when they were all growing up. Even if there wasn't any room left in the house for them to sleep or if the dinner table wasn't big enough she always made space somehow and made sure they were well fed. She wasn't just any regular mom. She was a SUPER MOM. There just wasn't any obstacle or hurdle that she wouldn't cross for her kids and husband. Her words and actions always radiated the love she had for her family. All our family memories and pictures are all thanks to that beautiful woman.

<div>My mom was loved by so many and she will be remembered as the QUEEN she is. My God bless her and her loved ones. She was always the person to lean on for any kind of conflict. She completed her mission as a mother, wife, grandma, aunt, and daughter, and she did it perfectly. We now have peace in mind that she lived her life to the fullest.
