They shared simple joys, like watching Judge Judy together, and through it all, Leslie was his lifeline. Perry struggled with addiction and lost a leg in a devastating car accident, but Leslie never wavered in her care, even when he was difficult to be around. Her selfless compassion and dedication made a profound difference in his life.

She is now struggling to pay rent, buy food, and cover medical bills while she searches for new work. Leslie is frightened about what comes next, but her spirit remains strong. She has always been lively, kind, and generous to everyone she meets, and she hopes to return to caregiving and waitressing once she is back on her feet.
