<div>In Loving Memory of Korben Barber

<div>Korben Barber’s life was taken at just 19 years old, leaving behind a family that is completely shattered and a community struggling to comprehend such a senseless act of gun violence. His life was taken far too soon, and the pain left in its wake is unimaginable.

<div>Korben was deeply loved. He leaves behind his grieving parents, Nicole Noteboom and Blake Barber, a heartbroken girlfriend, his younger brother, Karsen, his older brother, Kaden, and an older sister, Sydny. Kaden tragically witnessed the loss of his brother, a trauma no sibling should ever have to endure. Their lives — and the lives of so many who loved Korben — have been forever changed.

<div>This GoFundMe has been created to help cover Korben’s financial responsibilities and to support his mother, Nicole, with living expenses as she tries to survive the days ahead while grieving the loss of her son. The emotional devastation is overwhelming, and the financial strain only adds to the weight of this tragedy.

<div>Korben mattered. His life mattered. He deserved a future, and that future was stolen from him. Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the burden on his family and allow them space to grieve without the added fear of financial instability.
