Kerran is a brave six-month-old who has been fighting serious health challenges since birth. He was born with microcephaly, cerebral palsy, spasticity disorder, developmental delay, and epilepsy. Because his skull did not fully develop, he experiences frequent seizures and requires ongoing medical care. Recently, Kerran has been battling pneumonia, which means he needs constant suctioning of phlegm and saliva, as well as oxygen to help him breathe. Every day is a struggle, but Kerran continues to show incredible strength and resilience.

 As someone who cares deeply about Kerran’s well-being, I am reaching out to help his family during this difficult time. His pediatrician is a constant source of help, and relatives have given donations when possible. Kerran’s mother provides 24-hour care and cannot work outside the home, while his father works regularly in the Philippines to help cover expenses. Despite these efforts, the costs of medicine, hospital bills, oxygen, and milk are overwhelming. I am asking for support so Kerran can continue receiving the care he needs.

 Our hope is that Kerran will soon be able to have a gastric tube for feeding, which would be safer and more comfortable than his current nasogastric tube. Any support will go directly toward his medical needs and daily essentials. We are deeply grateful for every act of kindness and generosity.
