<div>It's with extreme sadness that we share the news of Keith Rood's passing. It was sudden and shocking; he had just turned 42 on June 16. Keith leaves behind a wife and two small children. He was a huge NASCAR fan and regularly spent time waving flags down on the racetrack as cars sped by at 200 mph.
