Her life was taken from her way too soon.</strong> We are asking for support to cover travel expenses and funeral arrangements. Any contribution will ease the financial burden they are feeling during this extremely difficult time. <strong>Thank you for your support and prayers.</strong> Keagan's death was very unexpected and tragic; her life was stolen from her. She was shot and killed in Anchorage, Alaska, Monday evening. Any help would be greatly appreciated and go directly to travel for her mother, Shannon Foster, sister, Kelsie Shelton, and brother, Tyler Plant, and end-of-life arrangements.
