Support for Justin's Brain Surgery

Justin R Anderson a Jr High student at Mounds View High School, Little Canada MN.  He's a very good student and is excellent at sports (he was a really good soccer player, playing on a traveling soccer team) when suddenly last year he started having problems like bad headaches, dizziness, nausea, lack of appetite and vision problems, he would sometimes even pass out due to the symptoms. After medical examination, the doctors found out that he was suffering from a brain malformation called a Chiari Malformation. Due to sneezing/ coughing he would experience a build up of pressure on the brain, resulting in painful headaches, dizziness and from extreme pain he would pass out. The doctors announced that he was born with this and needs surgery before his symptoms escalate, this surgery is already scheduled to happen on February 19, 2018.

Justin is undergo two surgeries a, bone decompression and cervical spinal fusion. The Bone decompression is to reduce pressure on the brain by removing the bone at the base of the skull. They plan on repositioning the cerebellar tonsils, to reduce pressure and to eliminate spinal fluid block up in his spine. The CSF is to keep the brain from shifting to eliminated causing more damage to Justin. They screw a plate at the back of the skull and put rods down his spine to keep everything in place.
