<div>This is difficult to share and something I never thought I'd have to do. The past year and a half has been very hard as my wife, Staci, has been out of work since December 2023. She has been dealing with debilitating depression and physical pain that she is working with a number of doctors to get to the bottom of. She is also applying for disability, but the process takes 6 to 9 months or more for approval. Since she has been out of work, we have not been able to keep up with our bills and mortgage on my single income. We are now 3 months behind on our home and currently in pre-foreclosure. We're trying desperately to stay here with our 2 dogs and 5 cats. We have exhausted all other options for funds at this time and are trying GoFundMe as a last-ditch effort. We know times are tough for a lot of people right now, but we'd be eternally grateful to those who have the means and are able to assist us during this time. We'd certainly try to return the favor or pay it forward in some way down the road. And if you're not able to contribute monetarily, sending good thoughts our way is very much appreciated, too.
