Jeff Laughren’s Cherished Echo

On July 23, Jeffrey Laughren perished in a fire at his home in St-Isidore, Ontario. He was a dedicated community member but most of all, an affectionate father to his beloved daughter Echo.

Echo, is a smart 6 year old who has a long life ahead of her which she will now have to navigate without the support of her father.
Jeff always provided financial support for Echo's well being and raising however with his passing, the burden is now fully and solely on her mother.
Echo has been a strong little girl since her Dad's passing even though she misses him a lot and still talks about him as though he is still around.
I am creating this campaign in hopes to raise funds to help provide for Jeff's daughter's education as well as any other expenses that arise along the way.
Echo will continue to grow up and will continue to have needs that will change over the years. Weather it is clothing, childcare, education or even just everyday basic needs, her mother Trish is now left on her own to provide and care for Echo emotionally and financially. All donations will be forwarded to her mother who has an RESP set up for her and is now the sole provider for Echo.
I would love to see the community rally and help out Jeff's little girl just as much as Jeff has helped out and contributed his time and effort in the community. Being that we cannot change the reality of this tragedy, the least we can do is give back to help out this wonderful little girl in Jeff's name and honor. I'm sure it would make him proud and that Jeff would appreciate to know his precious Echo is not lacking anything. It is enough she will have to learn to live with only memories and grow up without him, the least we can do is give back to help her out. Let's all "echo" Jeff's generosity to the community back to his little girl.
